F.C. Sting Camps are designed to help players gain competency
in the following areas: soccer training,
fitness training, and mental training. Soccer training
involves all exercises designed for technical
as well as tactical skills. Fitness training
covers all conditioning
activities designed to achieve match fitness.
Nutritional consultations will be included
during fitness training, to help players
reach their peak performance. Lastly, mental
training will be a fixed element of camp
so that each player develops an uncompromising
attitude towards commitment, and a positive outlook
towards the social experience of youth soccer.
